This is a collection of true windsurfing stories narrated by my windsurfing persona. By all means it is no great literature, but some of it still makes me smile. Of course, this is infinitely more interesting if you are (or were) a windsurfer.
Based on informal polls, most readers consider Of Horses and Former Girlfriends the masterpiece of this collection. I like other stories better, such as Four-Nine: A Bay Area Legend. I also threw in a couple of non-windsurfing writings, including my main opus (published by the Berkeley Insider, for money) The Giulianova-Tortoreto Crossing.
